All orders shall be processed and shipped within the agreed timescale with the customer, subject to inventory and order actual volume quantities, from the time that the order is received.
Orders will be shipped on normal business days only (Mon - Fri), including express shipments. Please note any express order placed after 10:00 am PT will be processed the next day.
Orders are shipped Ground (Fed Ex and UPS) unless alternative options are requested and paid for.
Copa Healthcare packages are sent with a trackable parcel service. During the online checkout process, you will be offered different shipping methods along with associated shipping costs.
Shipping Errors
In the event that Copa Healthcare made a mistake in the processing of and/or shipping of the order, Copa Healthcare will recover the goods and either replace the goods with correct items or credit the customer account with the value of the transaction at fault.
Credit shall be issued upon receipt of the goods by Copa Healthcare.
Contact sales@copahealth.us for a Return Material Authorization Number to arrange recovery of the incorrect goods.
Damaged Deliveries
Copa Healthcare supplies the goods packaged, labeled and fit for shipment.
Insurance for goods in shipment and thereafter and any costs for the replacement goods is the responsibility of the customer.
If damage occurs to the shipment or goods therein, sales@copahealth.us is to be informed within three (3) days of receipt of shipment.
