Copa Healthcare offers various warranty periods applicable to the type of product items offered for sale.
The warranty covers workmanship and product failures provided the products were used correctly and following the Instructions for Use for the products. Normal wear and tear, modifications, alterations, negligence, damage, and use for a purpose other than the product are designed for are not covered.
Warranty returns must be authorized by sales@copahealth.us prior to the return of the products to obtain a Return Material Authorization Number and for any other instructions.
Copa Healthcare offers a 30 (Thirty) day right of return for products for exchange or credit to the customer.
Product returns must be authorized by sales@copahealth.us prior to return of the products to obtain a Return Material Authorization Number and for any other instructions. A return shipping label will be provided.
Final sale products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Copa Healthcare cannot be held responsible for return goods lost in transit. The customer must insure them for this process.
Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
All return goods must be identified with the Return Material Authorization Number. Unexpected returns will not be accepted.
Items exchanged or returned may not be washed and must be in like-new condition with the labels if any, attached. If the items are not in like-new condition per our quality inspection team, our team will send the products back to you, and no refund will be issued.
Copa Healthcare will process a return for credit or exchange within seven (7) business days from receipt of the items.
